Nicole was timely and very pleasant to meet as a doctor. She listened to the symptoms and answered all questions satisfactorily.
Wonderful, kind excellent manner and communication style!
Fast, efficient, right to the point.
She was very thorough and professional. She explained everything well and was very nice.
Nicole and her staff helped me forget the pain I had in the ear. They are fantastic. Nicole 👍🏽
Felt very dismissive of my concerns, questions, and experiences. Also seemed to try to shame me for being on so many medications.
Listens to your issues and concerns and overall knowable. Highly recommend her.
Team and Dr. was very professional
Before she came into the room, I over heard her outside of the exam room door she made the comment, “He is self-pay”. What does that have to do with anything? I feel like because I didn’t have insurance. I didn’t get the adequate care that I should’ve gotten. I am still human. Nose is still bleeding constantly. The only thing she did for me was take out my stitches, which I do appreciate that, but you could’ve gave me a little bit more information regarding my nose bleeds. You barely looked inside my nostril that I’m having difficulties with and also in adequate airflow through. I just feel like you could’ve done a better job as examining me as a patient. I can pay my medical bills. I just don’t have insurance because of my employer, but I am still human.
DR Colgrove is very knowledgeable, professional and kind. She listens to the patient and problem solves .
