Dr. Auble was friendly, professional and did a great job explaining my issue.

I really liked her. She did a thorough exam and answered all my questions without making me feel uncomfortable/stupid or old.
The only thing she might have done better was introduced herself, but I am sure that was an oversight.

Dr Auble was pleasant. However, she needs to work on her bedside manner when it comes to patients; we are not a problem in a workbook to be solved and the answer be regurgitate back. You should approach us like humans "Hi I'm Dr Auble, I see you came in today for ...., we noticed...... and your vision has .... which means ...

Not I'm Dr. Auble, I read your chart and ... you according to the findings you should....
Yet to be more human with your patients or maybe try a profession where you're not working with public.
