She didn't ask why I went in for an appointment and just went about her evaluation. It wasn't until the end where she asked if I had any questions or had anything else to add. That was when we got to the reason why I went in, which wasn't something she could diagnose. She had to refer me to a specialist.

I saw Dr. Auble for the first time regarding how to best treat my dry eyes. She was very thorough with her exam, took time to answer my questions. I learned things about my condition that I didn't know before. There's always room for improvement, but I chose to give her a 5, as I was pleasantly surprised at this visit.
