Dr. Nicolas Grisoni is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and fellowship-trained spine surgeon specializing in treating injuries and conditions of the spine. He has extensive training in minimally invasive surgery, motion preservation artificial disc replacement, and endoscopic spine surgery as well as more advanced surgeries involving the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine. His practice focuses on all spinal disorders, surgical and nonsurgical alike.
Dr. Grisoni is bilingual (Spanish/English) and aims to help his patients understand their condition and all the options available to them. He tries to maximize all nonoperative treatments before considering surgery. Dr. Grisoni ensures that each patient is treated like family, and he strives to find options that safely solve their needs.
Dr. Grisoni received his Doctor of Medicine degree at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. Before residency training, Dr. Grisoni also completed an internship at McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois. He then completed his orthopedic surgery residency training at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. After residency, Dr. Grisoni pursued a spine fellowship at the Center for Spine Disorders/The Spine Education Research Institute in Denver, Colorado.
Outside of his practice, Dr. Grisoni enjoys spending time with family, snow skiing, boating, water-skiing, wake-surfing, and traveling.

Great doctor who instills confidence and trust. Clearly explains conditions well and is just the type of doctor I was looking for.
I couldn't recommend Dr. Grisoni more if I tried, great bedside manner and worked on a plan to get my back-back in shape. Explained in detail what was happening in my lower back and about the healing process. His staff was amazing as well, very welcoming and professional.
Great communication. He explained my condition and the options very clearly. His demeanor was excellent too. Highly recommend this doctor.
Gave me time for questions to be answered and followed through with important xray, and explanations of the neck area. He proceded to advise me of neck exercises, a soft collar to wear and pain management injections.

Great doctor. Super knowledgeable and patient. Follow up after MRI. He was wonderful describing my spine X-ray results on a whiteboard in detail. Would highly recommend.
