Best orthopedic surgeon in Cobb! Dr Bonnaig listens and cares for his patients. Had surgery on shoulder many years ago and now it’s time to get my knee done. I live on Lake Oconee now drive almost 2 hours but would drive even further to to be sure Dr Bonnaig was my surgeon !

I thought I scheduled an appointment to see the MD and not the PA for my first appointment. Usually when someone is calling to see a doctor, even if the practice utilizes a PA, they see the MD at the 1st appointment. This is how it has been at every other specialist I have seen. I almost thought I heard the doctor in the hallway saying he wanted the PA to see me instead of him, I hope that is not the case. However being there that this survey says the doctor and not the PA, it appears I did hear it. Keadra (the PA) was nice and all, but she came in very unprepared and ill-equipped to realistically take care of my medical needs. She did not even look at the medication list or she would have seen I am on several medications. Anyone knows that tylenol does not take care of pain especially in patients that have ankylosing spondylitis. They then tried to charge me more than co-pay at check-out! The entire experience was awful, and I will not be back.

It was an absolute pleasure meeting Nicolas today. I had been in an extreme amount of pain for months thinking I had aggravated an old injury and was fearful of the prognosis and knew surgery was on its way. After new X-rays Nicolas determined that in fact it was a new injury and nothing to do with the other. He felt like we would be able to treat the new neck injury with medicine and PT. After only 1 visit and merely hours later starting the new treatment much of my pain has been relieved. Not only that but being diagnosed correctly and not facing surgery was a tremendous relief in itself! Thank you very much Nicolas.

Not a doctor I’d recommend. Absolutely no care for me as a patient. I could tell I was only a “get me in and out as quickly as possible” for this team. There will be no follow up. There will no additional conversation. I will not recommend this doctor. He might be better served attending hard nose CEO’s in NYC.

Today was the first time I saw Dr. Bonnaig. He is wonderful! He explained my X-rays in terms that I could understand and gave me my options for my knee. The last resort is knee replacement, but today he gave me a cortisone shot. Although I've had these shots in the past and they were quit painful, I hardly felt the one Dr. Bonnaig gave me. If you are having knee of shoulder problems, go see this doctor. He's one of the best.

Dr Bonnaig is an exceptional doctor. 4 years ago he literally saved my life. The ER was about to send me home, and because he listened to my wife concerning my condition he was able to zero in on my condition. I owe my life to him.

I have seen young doctors before in the past. I will say he was not like a brick wall be warm and respectful to my issues of concern. He truly was listening to me. And if he keeps doing everyone in this manner he will become a doctor of high demand.
