Asked me a couple things about what I wanted to do towards the end of our meeting which included getting X-Rays done at the Urgent Care Center then going to the ER for further Imaging I said, yes, that sounds good, then she walked out of the room didn't confirm anything with me and then I received a knock on the door by a nurse with discharge papers that told me to go to the Er... I tried asking to speak with her again to clarify about getting the x-rays done at the Urgent Care Facility and possibly getting prescribed medication to help with the pain but the nurses turned me away and said that the doctor just said to go to the ER. This was not worth emergency services resources when a good chunk of it can be completed at the urgent care facility.

I love Dr. Henley! So grateful for her at the urgent care who took care of me. Her calm and warm presence instantly made me feel at ease, and she listened carefully to all my concerns. What I appreciated most was how quickly she took action and made sure I was well taken care of. Truly one of those doctors who combines compassion with excellent care. Thanks doc!
