Appt after fall down outdoor stairs, ambulance ride & X-rays in ER. Timely, able to “fit me into schedule”w/ in day of request to OPA. Appreciated seeing the X-rays & the thorough explanation of severity of breaks in foot, estimated timeline for recovery & knowing of the option, that I may need a pin/screw to aid healing if pain persists when gradually putting weight on that foot while booted. Scheduled follow up appt in several to make that decision. Great bedside manner. Feel relieved & encouraged that my mobility can return to “normal” in 6-8 weeks.
