Been a patient of Dr. Scott for many years. I have followed him as he has traveled through the professional changes that he has made. He had never disappointed me with his desire to help me. Great doctor, easy to talk to.

Exceptional physician, he listens, understands and explains in language all can understand.

Dr Scott is an excellent clinician. That being said, he left the room during our visit to type his clinical note in the hallway on the computer. I had to get up to stand next to him so we could finish our conversation. As the patient, this was disconcerting and made me feel that his note was more important to complete than listen to me.

I like that he really seems to care and he listens and takes time.

Dr. Scott was an absolute treasure to meet along with Dr. Siverhus BUT late this afternoon a “Mary” from your Healthcare # called me to say I did not meet the criteria to receive epidural injections to relieve the pain all along my right side since 6/12! I am bitterly disappointed not with these 2 fine doctors but this system: Core, Sedgewick and my company Speedie A division of UES. For a month so have been strung along suffering and completing paperwork. I am hopeful someone at the Institute will call me at 602-550-9584 ASAP please for further discussion. Thank you!

Dr Nicholas was very efficient in asking questions about my pain issues and addressing them individually. I had been going to a different pain management since 2014. I moved here to Arizona. Came in to see Dr. Scott a few weeks ago. He evaluated my knee problem, set up therapy, future appointments and a plan of action. None of it is easy, but I'm more optimistic than I was a few weeks ago, and now I just follow the plan. Additionally, I'm seeing improvement already.

He was truly concerned I was very upset because I forgot and ate something so couldn’t get anesthesia for my epidurals. Explained everything made sure I was as comfortable as I could be wide awake. X ray guy was just as amazing. Anesthesiologist couldn’t put me under and he was even very kind about it.
