I was 6 mins late for my apointment due to crossing the mobile bay bridge was a bad accident on it , sat on the bridge 30 mins before we started moving . So as I signed in and sat for 40 mins a lady called me up to the counter said we have to reschedule you cause I was late and as I tried to explain what happened she said sorry they are busy and have come back another day . I said it’s not my fault was a bad accident caused a delay I was hardly late , I drive an hour to dr office from where I live . What’s the difference when I have to wait 30 mins to be called back and then another 15 for the dr to come in for 5 mins .

There was no visit. After sitting in the lobby for one hour they made an announcement that he was in surgery and appointments would be delayed. Delayed for at least an additional hour. By that time it was 4:30 and I live 65 miles from Mobile and didn’t want to drive alone at night on a rural road. And too I’d had a immunotherapy treatment for cancer earlier in the day and was feeling too tired to stay. Was disappointing.

Possibly the worst doctor's experience I've ever had. I understand that medical professionals are stressed more than ever right now but wow. I felt like I didn't even have a chance to fully talk about my concerns over my injury before he was out the door. I waited over an hour past my scheduled visit to be passed around by so many different doctors/nurses for maybe 10 minutes I don't think I got a single name.

Took the time to explain what was wrong and treatment. Tried to distract me while giving injection. Always great office personnel as well.

Insisted that I drive a 200 mile round trip to have a 5 min, covid-19 test when I can have one with-in 8 miles of my home before hand surgery.

I would recommend him to anyone, extremely nice, professional, listens to questions and concerns, very good at what he does. ??

Did not explain well. He also did not recall his previous instructions. I had the impression that he either did not write those down after the previous visit or that he did not read his notes before my visit today. I felt like I did not matter.
