Dr. J. Nicholas Rachel completed his undergraduate degree at the University of South Alabama before receiving his medical degree from the University of South Alabama College of Medicine in Mobile. Following his orthopaedic surgery residency at the University of Tennessee-Campbell Clinic Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, Dr. Rachel went on to receive advanced fellowship training in hand and upper extremity surgery.
As a board-certified pediatric and adult hand and upper extremity surgeon, Dr. Rachel’s practice focuses on the surgical and nonsurgical treatment of hand, wrist, and elbow injuries and conditions.
Dr. Rachel is an active member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. When he’s not seeing patients, he enjoys golfing, hunting, and spending time with his family.

Seemed like he genuinely cares for the patients. For doctors office my trip was not long at all maybe hour hour half tops to be seen X-rays and2 arm casts would definitely recommend to everybody and will be using him for now on
