I am so disappointed for not only loosing my time, effort and copay to make it to this appointment. Doctor jasper did not understood my pain. After I explained why I was there he stated that he needed to EDUCATE ME on the continuous exercises to avoid the pain, told me to try Physical therapy first with out new X-Rays or any type of imaging. Last images were done in 2018 base on those he said it was not that bad that this was normal for people aging, that the neck cracking with pain was normal. I am a minority woman with 23 years working in a hospital. I don’t go to the doctor if I don’t need to go. I was there due to the increasing back and neck pain. I cried in the office, that’s when he change his condescending tone. I cried because I realized I was seeing the wrong physician and I recognized his unconscious bias. I will not follow his recommendations because I don’t trust him as a doctor. I will look for a second opinion. My name is Nora Arnold in case you have further questions
