I had an appointment with Dr Kondelis to discuss managing post surgical pain for ankle/foot surgery. Dr Kondelis went out of his way to demonstrate concern for my well being. He reviewed the test results and then looked up the surgeon and his qualifications to ensure I was getting the best possible care and that the procedure was appropriate for my problem. You don't often see a doctor taking the time and effort to provide that level of care. I highly recommend Dr Kondelis for your pain management issues.

Great practice, he gave me my life back, I was drinking alcohol excessively to numb my chronic pain. I saw many other pain physicians and they never gave me enough medication. Dr. Kondelis recognized my unique needs and prescribed me enough pain medication to effectively control my pain. All other doctors never gave me the amount I needed. My life is back to normal, I have been stabilized for years and off all alcohol. If you want someone who is not afraid to give you enough medication, including opiate medication, which for me has been a Godsend, go to Dr. Kondelis. Also, his staff is very caring and supportive. I come in all the way from Northwest Indiana to see him and he is more than worth it.
What makes him and his staff so Great is the fact that they immensely care about their patients and they treat them with Great Respect.

A prescription was supposed to be sent to my pharmacy & I waited 4 days. Called my pharmacy & they said they sent 2 refill requests with no reply from Dr Kondelis office so I had to call the office. I was told the Dr didn’t put it in the chart so it was not sent in. This has happened a few times before this. I always have to call around to get my prescriptions filled. This process needs to change.
