The doctor was professional but it felt too rushed and impersonal, like he needed to get to the next patient ASAP. But perhaps he was behind schedule and felt pressured bc he knew other patients were waiting. Not that we were expecting hugs and kisses, but there was barely a greeting, and within five seconds it was on to business. And he was out the door right after it was done, without giving us much time for questions about the next step if the pain continues.

He treats patients of all ages including your super heroes on the playground, aspiring athletes, weekend warriors, laborers, and elderly with degenerative joint conditions. He specializes in the newest advances in arthroscopic surgery for tendon repair and instability, fracture management, nerve decompression, and total joint replacement of shoulder and elbow. Dr. Capito and his wife were raised in Augusta, and he feels fortunate to give back to this incredible city and surrounding areas.
