Was amazed by his overview of my operation i forgot to ask him two questions. 1. How long should I hold my pose and I guess I will do it after my arm swings. 2. I am scheduled for shots in my back on 3 Dec with Alliance Spine and Pain Center. Is it OK to just let my arm hang down? Thanks in advance.

Great bedside manner and was very thorough.
This was my first time seeing Dr. Capito. He was kind and seemed to be knowledgeable. My visit was very short, but there probably was not a reason for it to be longer. I guess I thought there would be a little more questioning and a little more investigation into my situation after a fall. He asked a couple of questions, did a couple of range–of–motion exercises, and then ordered an MRI, for which I was grateful. The whole thing just seemed rather quick, which is really the only reason I gave him four stars instead of five.
Down to earth Doc that clearly explains options and outcomes. If you need fixing he is the go too guy for orthopedic issues.
