Recently I had a biopsy at your center in Birmingham. I received a severe bladder & urinary tract infection that turn sepsis as a result. I was rushed to my local ER near Dr. Braswell's office. He came to visit and check on me every day I was in the hospital. Truely outstanding!

Terrible disposition. I understand everyone has bad days. But my visit with Dr Braswell will be my last. I have several questions that I had intended on asking the doctor. I imagine its just part of my getting older, but I’m not really sure since my dad died of prostate cancer. I was in awe of the way I was treated. I have been to the office in Birmingham and was very pleased but the office in Cullman is roughly 60 miles closer each way. I did ask the 2 women at checkout if Dr Braswell was having a rough day and I was told that “ he’s pretty rough sometimes, but his roughness does come in good when they have a hard to deal with person come in that he takes care of the problem “. Sorry so long, and Dr Braswell was aware that I was not pleased with the way I was treated, before I left. I’ll start my search for a different urologist this coming week since I do have some questions that I would feel more comfortable if I knew the answers. Thanks for asking and have a great day !
