I arrived at my appointment on time (2:15pm) and did not leave the office until 4:20pm. They were running terribly behind. I needed a brace for my hard and the office staff wanted to give it to me before confirming that my insurance would cover. They stated that I would be responsible for $111.00 ; the cost of the brace if it was not covered by my insurance. No time and care toward details from a financial aspect and no consideration for my time that was taken off work to be present at the appointment.
