I love Dr. Hoang. I only wish he’d slide his rate of speech. Between my hearing and my cognitive abilities…he speaks too fast for me. I often have to ask him to repeat what he said … which ultimately makes the appointment last longer because he’s saying everything twice 🙂

Dr. Hoang combines kind, compassionate care with expertise and competence. He explains treatment and options very clearly and includes you in decision making. He treated my mother years ago when he practiced in Pennsylvania and when I found out I needed a cardiologist and he was here in the Panhandle, he was my first and only choice!

Dr. Hoang received his degree from LaSalle University in Philadelphia, followed by his D.O. at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, PA and his Cardiovascular Fellowship at Deborah Heart & Lung Center in New Jersey. He completed his electrophysiology training at Drexel University College of Medicine as Chief Electrophysiology Fellow in 2012.
amoxil Prior to joining Cardiovascular Institute, Dr. Hoang was employed with Lehigh Valley Hospital in Pennsylvania as Cardiac Electrophysiology Attending and also served as Assistant Professor of Medicine with the University of South Florida at the branch campus of their medical school in Pennsylvania. Dr. Hoang brings a wealth of experience and clinical expertise in cardiac ablation techniques and the latest in cardiac rhythm device technology. In addition, to ablation procedures and devices, he also performs the Watchman procedure to reduce the risk of stroke for select patients with atrial fibrillation. Dr. Hoang enjoys spending any free time with his wife and two children and the whole family is looking forward to the much warmer winters and coastal lifestyle of Florida and getting to know their new community.
