Neil Sharma, MD

Dr. Neil Sharma, M.D. is a board-certified gastroenterologist. Raised in Indiana, Dr. Sharma has always loved the Midwest for its people, values and sense of community. When the opportunity came to move to Colorado Springs, the beautiful terrain and welcoming culture solidified his decision.

A multi-disciplinary gastroenterologist, Dr. Sharma completed fellowships in hepatology and endoscopic oncology. To help diagnose and treat digestive system issues, he learned advanced techniques like ERCP, endoscopic resection (EMR/ESD) and endoscopic ultrasound, in addition to researching esophageal and pancreatic cancers.

Dr. Sharma’s favorite part of being a doctor is interacting and caring for patients. He enjoys working in multidisciplinary teams to find the best possible, personalized solution for each patient, providing options that include minimally invasive endoscopic surgical solutions.

Outside of work, Dr. Sharma enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and going to the gym.
