Never saw my doctor. Was told she was on time, but after 11/2 hours she never showed. Terrible experience.

Was not prepared for my physical exam in that my blood panel results from visit on 9/10/26 were not available for review. That tells me that she did not review my case file and in preparation for my appointment. End result is that my treatment is delayed and insurance will be billed again for what? Blood work taken on 9/10/26 (5 vales) at Arbor Family Medicine was loss in the process and never made it to LabCore to be tested. Dr. Had to reorder blood panel, and this time I had to take written order to LabCore myself and get the blood drawn. My question is, who has my blood drawn on 9/10/26. There was a lack of communication and care for my health from the receptionist, PA, and doctor. Appointment should have been rescheduled by doctor until they had blood panel results back.

I have seen this provider twice and I was seen 50 minutes late for one appointment and 90 minutes late for the second appointment. This kind of tardiness for appointments is unacceptable and certainly does not show respect for my time. Dr Valeja needs to desperately work on her efficiency and timeliness.
