Got to the office at 3:15 wasn’t seen til 5:00 waited in the room til 4:49 had to go to the restroom was waiting since I was coming in for a uti that they would want a urine and of course they had not I walked out to the middle desk and ask if on could use the restroom her ma said it’s over there I asked if they wanted a urine sample she said no we don’t do that in house eanymore .’it gets sent out so insaid why would you not want a urine if it’s related so I have a sample then it was another 20 minutes before he’s hit in there and then we she came in she acted if she didn’t really have a clue I also over heard her saying I’ve never had this patient so what should I do. There was a litmus of chaymttes at the desk in the middle while I was in my room about frustrating things were there and the were pa and doctors expressing that also the ma that took my vitals was sick she was sniffling and not wearing a mask she should have been wearing a mask. More I have to say but not enough room.
