He is trained in surgical management of erectile dysfunction, urinary incontinence as well as robotic, laparoscopic and endoscopic management of benign prostatic hyperplasia (enlarged prostate/BPH), kidney stones, prostate, bladder and kidney cancer.
He has presented his research at national meetings and co-authored several publications in peer reviewed scientific journals on the topics of surgical education, minimally invasive surgery, urologic oncology and surgical outcomes.
In addition, Dr. Ruhotina is a member of the American Urological Association.
