calling the office is futile. I called 3 days consectulively to make an appt. First day I was on hold for 20 minutes. I gave up .Second day i was on hold for 12 minutes and eventually hung up.. The third try as soon as I was on hold I ended the call. . I was not going to wait on hold again in vain. My husband had to go into office personally to make an appt. In the past , trying to make appts with a live person was pleasant anyway. always seemed exasperated and rushed.

Dr Shuren is an amazing surgeon and doctor. He is calm & reassuring. Hopefully I can stop injuring my hand

Dr. Shuren sat down with me and went over results and explain what would be next for my condition. I saw him several years for something different and that was great too.

Dr. Shuren is an incredible orthopedic surgeon. He listens to the concerns of his patients and provides a path which leads to healing. If he performs surgery. The sutures are always done with such care that there is minimum scarring. I recommend him on every level if you are looking for an orthopedic surgeon, you won’t be disappointed in Dr. Shuren. I am grateful for his expertise and kind ways !

Dr. Shuren is a Great doctor. He did my carpel tunnel procedure/surgery.

He treated me great an with a friendly attitude. An explaining everything to me.

Excellent care, will perform other tests to help with proper analysis and help with subsiding my symptoms.

The service you use for making appointments is very bad. I have experienced this more than once where the person puts me on hold and disconnects me and it takes forever just to get an appointment. I mentioned this to the woman that I couldn’t get through and her response was to say that I hung up, it was my fault!

Dr. Neal Shuren is a very top Orthopedist. He made some suggestions with regards to my hand (index finger) and let me make my decision to have surgery. He is very easy to speak with and answers any questions I have.

Doctor was great. Receptionists were not great. They kept getting the patients confused who they were talking to and who’s paperwork they had and where they put it.

The doctor was fine, but very brief and didn’t give me any instructions for how to find a physical therapist or even make it clear when our visit was over, I was just sort of abandoned at the reception desk to figure it out.

Couldn’t get out of the room quick enough

Luckily I’ve been treated for this condition before and remembered some exercises and stretches to help after I left the doctor’s office (why didn’t the doctor suggest them?). I had to ask him what I should do to help my condition and his answers were disinterested and not thorough at all. He didn’t offer a prescription for physical therapy.

Waited no more than 5 minutes and once in the exam room with Dr. Shuren he evaluated and diagnosed my issue within minutes. Highly recommend this practice and this physician!
