Dr Shah explained process of the injection. It was quick and painless, the numbing was the worst part! Thank you.

I didn’t meet Dr. Shah. I think that he was standing in the corner of the room but did not introduce himself. The tech answered all of my questions. Felt more like a number than a patient. Time will tell if procedure was successful.

I went to his office on Monday afternoon in so much pain it hurt to move .My back has been bad a long time.Dr. Shah injected my spine and I came home .I had dinner and went to bed,and when I arose on Tuesday morning I was in shock. I was pain free ! I promise no pain.I wish I could have had it done years ago.I would recommend it to everyone.

Had a great experience with Dr. Neal Shah and his medical associates during my Cortizone epidural injection. Everyone was professional and explained everything to my satisfaction along with providing detailed imagery of my L5 spinal impingement I’m hoping it’ll improve within the next few weeks. Appreciate OrthoIllinois Elgin clinic with providing a quick appointment response and hoping to alleviate my pain issues that occurred approximately four months ago. They’re a first rate Medical facility!

He is a great physician. He has helped me immensely with my back pain.

My procedure was delayed till May 6

Dr. Shah is a practical down to earth doctor who is very busy with his patients. He seems to have gotten handling helping people down to a dance and I appreciate his consistent and succinct answers to anything I ask. He is one of the better practitioners I've dealt with and I can't complain about him. Only accept what he can tell me. Thank you for everything Dr. Shah. His assistant is also extremely competent and capable, I believe his name is Jason. They make a very good team.

I felt like Dr. Shah not only listened to me but HEARD me. It's been my experience that doctors haven't taken the time to hear what I'm trying to explain, but Dr. Shah was the opposite and I didn't feel like he was rushing me out the door either.

He listened to my concerns about what going on with me well. He sat across from me and looked me in the eyes while talking to me like a Dr should. So many Dr's sit at and stare at a computer while you talk and you wonder if they actually hear you. It is disheartening. You feel irrelevant. It's hard enough with having to wear a mask these days it makes the Dr patient relationship feel impersonal. You wonder if they will even remember you the next time they see you. So I would say good for him for being present when a patient is there to see him.
