He was a friendly smart and professional. He lays all the cards on the table and helps you make a decision
He’s awesome
Nice and friendly
Very knowlegable and professional
He is a caring doctor and listens.
The most efficient office visit Ive ever had for a procedure.
He was knowledgeable. Let me know everything that he was getting ready to do and came and spoke with my daughter after it was over.
Dr Shah and his staff were professional, kind and caring. Nurse Cathy was very supportive, compassionate, and gentle. I am very thankful to finally get to the root of my back issue. I pray the epidural gives me relief. Thanks to all at OrthoIllinois.
Excellent care!!
I feel like he and his staff are lacking bedside manner. As I walk into the room prior to the injections not a single one of them even say hello or how are you. No talk nothing. And finally when you are done the only person that says anything is his assistant Jason. Not a word from the doctor. I don't need hand holding but it would be nice to hear something encouraging from them. It was exactly the same a few weeks ago for my first round of injections also.
