After meeting and visiting Dr. Zimmerman’s office for the first time I was very pleased! Dr. Zimmerman energy was warm, happy, welcoming and he even seemed glad to see me even though it was our first time meeting. My thumb was swollen and in pain, I had a head ache and I was a little dizzy. Dr. Zimmerman was so quick he knew exactly what to do. When checking out,I thought I missed a few steps. While talking to Dr. Zimmerman’s receptionist and waiting for her computer to warm up or to do what she was trying to get it to do. I told her I was feeling a little dizzy. I asked her if I can sit down in the chair that was in front of me. She said no! I said it’s on wheels. She still said no! When I asked her about some follow up questions, she got up like a little16 year old with an attitude and whipped her body around her desk with a lot of negative energy and got Dr. Zimmerman. Dr. Zimmerman, still approached me like we were best friends. She was the worst experience!
