Took the time to thiroughly diagnose my condition. Took the time to explain and educate me about my conditions, going through the MRI images carefully. Patiently explained all options I have to resolve, while explaining at the same time the pros and cons of each option. I left that place with clear picture of my condition and equipped with all info I need to make a decision on the next step I need to make.
