Dr. Wick joined iSpine Clinics in 2024. He emphasizes a patient-centered, safe, and comprehensive treatment plan for each of his patients. He is trained in the most innovative techniques and therapies for the treatment of chronic pain conditions. He has a special interest in neuropathic pain conditions including complex regional pain syndrome.

No real exam just told to get MRI and prescribed steroid yo which I gave reactions to so will not take
Listened well to help me develop a plan for my back pain.
Doctor was not helpful at all. He said pain medication ‘like Tramadol’ would not help at all despite that I can hardly walk due to hip damage from inflammatory arthritis. He said it would likely stop working within weeks. I went to this clinic specifically stating I needed care for my extremely painful hip that I am not medically stable enough to have replaced at the moment. I have been on Tramadol in the past. For several years, in fact, after a car accident. It never stopped helping & I never became an addict. This provider kept emphasizing that they are an ‘interventional pain clinic.’ I’ve already done many interventional things. Doctors are so worried about people becoming addicts that they let patients suffer in excruciating pain. I was offered a nerve block. Initially I was open to this, but it makes no sense to have that done when it only lasts for 6-8 hours. My hip pain has been excruciating for a month. I don’t think PRN medication would not be helpful or be unreasonable.
