Totally worth the trip! He was very knowledgeable about his field, he made me feel comfortable about having him as a doctor. Didn’t lead me around, or jerk my chain, he definitely gave it to me straight and got me the medical supplies I needed to help relieve some pain immediately while working towards a more permanent solution.

I feel that all I am to Dr Henskey is a file folder. He doesn’t seem to realize I am a person. We talked of how his last surgery done to my foot failed, he won’t use that word but his staff has, and at that time I had no more questions. Kind of in shock at the information overload. He left room saying he’d be right back, I was able to talk to my husband and develop our questions, the dr never came back. He rushes through the appointments. If he doesn’t have time to be a decent person as well as a dr maybe it’s time to unload a bit?

I don’t know Nathan, for I was told I was going to meet with Nathan but instead I met with a PA. It’s as if the entire system has no idea what they’re communicating to patients because I’m told im meeting with a certain Dr, never meet him, then get a text asking me to review the Dr I never met. To me it’s just another example of why I never want to get sick and hope Jesus just takes me home in my sleep. Lol

Dr. Hensley explained things to me in great detail about my upcoming surgery and what to expect.

I sat in the waiting room for 1.5 hours and no one ever called me back. I watched person after person who came in after me be called back. Since you sit outside the door, no one was available to ask why I hadn’t been called back. Terrible set up in this office. I’m assuming since I received this survey, 5 hrs later, I still haven’t been called from the waiting room???!!!!

I feel like my needs are below his expertise. I’m a diabetic and come in for nail treatment. I have to re-trim my nails afterwards, because he doesn’t do an entire nail. Only the easiest to reach! This last time, he nicked my right great toe and stopped. Never said a word! I had to ask the assistant to use betadine to scrub off the blood before I would permit her to simply”put a bandaid on it”. Shame on both of them!

Top notch dr. One of the best ones I've ever gone to, he has helped alot with the issues I had from a ruptured Achilles tendon, and the other problems associated with heal and big toe. He talks with you. Ask how you have been doing. I believe he generally cares about people and not just as a patient number. Highly recommend him to anyone that has feet/foot problems. I wont go to any othet dr but him.

Very concerned doctor, he evaluated the concern, told me to wear proper shoes & do stretches at home for Achilles tendinitis, visit Hensley on thurs told him still have lump & sore feet, he checked Achilles again next I go to pt, I am happy with the visiti, dr Hensley doesn’t mess around !! He does the first option, failed, does 2nd option or, I am glad he doesn’t “dick around” with the injury!!!!

Dr. Hensley is kind, & explains what he thinks is happening. He doesn't push you into surgery, but allows you to decide if that is what you want. Very pleased with his care!

Dr was great. Had to wait over an hour for appointment. Not at all impressed with Brittany. She barely answered any questions. I don’t know any more about surgery than I did when I got there.

I'm not very happy with this doctor he's the wasn't able to give me any answers on why I'm in pain and have all the swelling just wants to do more testing more testing more testing so I'm not very happy at all

He has been very cautious about the healing of my foot after surgery. Making sure it healing properly.
