Dr Hensley is always willing to take the time with patients. He makes me feel very important and ask if I have any questions very attentive and good with his patient.

I really liked Dr. Hensley. He took time to explain things and not a doctor who makes you feel dumb asking questions. I felt like he really knows his stuff and cares! A lot of doctors just rush you in and out and we didn't feel like that!!! Thank you!!!

Dr. Hensley did an amazing job on my ankle ! I broke it in multiple places and he fixed it right up. He was very calm, thorough , professional, intelligent, patient, and gentle with me and my ankle !!!! I barely waited for him to see me at OIO. He also came to see me right away post op at LMH and right away in the am to make sure I was okay and place my discharge orders in by 7am. Dr. Hensley is a great surgeon and I recommend him to everyone!

Dr. Nathan Hensley is a native of Columbus, Ohio. After completion of his undergraduate degree at Miami University in Oxford, he attended medical school at The Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine (former, now Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine). He then completed an extensive foot and ankle residency at St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima, Ohio. He spent an additional year of fellowship training at Foot and Ankle Specialists of Ohio, focusing on reconstructive surgery and limb deformity.
Dr. Hensley currently serves as Team Physician for Bath High School Athletics.
He specializes in lower extremity reconstruction and sports medicine. His interests include total ankle joint replacement, adult and pediatric flat foot reconstruction, limb deformity correction, external fixation, and micro nerve repair. Dr. Hensley welcomes new patients at office locations in Lima, Saint Marys, Tiffin, Findlay.
