Always easy to speak with. Answers my questions and concerns, without making me feel that he needs to leave. Very kind man. And his staff is excellent, so friendly.

I have had 2 appointments with Dr. Hensley. Both appointments I saw a PA instead of him. I finally met him after we decided on surgery. I like him very professional, just wish the wait time was better and had an option on a PA. I have no problem with either PA I saw.

I don’t know Nathan, for I was told I was going to meet with Nathan but instead I met with a PA. It’s as if the entire system has no idea what they’re communicating to patients because I’m told im meeting with a certain Dr, never meet him, then get a text asking me to review the Dr I never met. To me it’s just another example of why I never want to get sick and hope Jesus just takes me home in my sleep. Lol

Wait was to long

Dr. Hensley explained things to me in great detail about my upcoming surgery and what to expect.

I sat in the waiting room for 1.5 hours and no one ever called me back. I watched person after person who came in after me be called back. Since you sit outside the door, no one was available to ask why I hadn’t been called back. Terrible set up in this office. I’m assuming since I received this survey, 5 hrs later, I still haven’t been called from the waiting room???!!!!

Dr. Hensley took the time necessary to answer all of my questions. Overall, he had what I would call an amazing bedside manner. His advice for me was logical, and his staff were all kind and very professional. I was seen within minutes of my appointment time, too. As someone who has had to see quite a few doctors in my life, I can confidently recommend Dr. Hensley.

Dr Hensley has made living with severe muscular dystrophy as pain-free as possible. He has tremendous Bedside manner! And he is very knowledgeable about my foot and toes. I would recommend him to anybody!

I feel like my needs are below his expertise. I’m a diabetic and come in for nail treatment. I have to re-trim my nails afterwards, because he doesn’t do an entire nail. Only the easiest to reach! This last time, he nicked my right great toe and stopped. Never said a word! I had to ask the assistant to use betadine to scrub off the blood before I would permit her to simply”put a bandaid on it”. Shame on both of them!

Dr. Hensley is a must see! He took the time to explain all options for continued healing. He even offered his direct email in case I have questions before my next appointment. I am confident that I am in the best hands!

Top notch dr. One of the best ones I've ever gone to, he has helped alot with the issues I had from a ruptured Achilles tendon, and the other problems associated with heal and big toe. He talks with you. Ask how you have been doing. I believe he generally cares about people and not just as a patient number. Highly recommend him to anyone that has feet/foot problems. I wont go to any othet dr but him.

Very concerned doctor, he evaluated the concern, told me to wear proper shoes & do stretches at home for Achilles tendinitis, visit Hensley on thurs told him still have lump & sore feet, he checked Achilles again next I go to pt, I am happy with the visiti, dr Hensley doesn’t mess around !! He does the first option, failed, does 2nd option or, I am glad he doesn’t “dick around” with the injury!!!!
