Born in Brazil and raised in Tampa, Florida, Dr. Doobay received her degree in podiatric medicine from Barry University in Miami, Florida. She then completed a three-year residency in podiatric medicine and surgery at Roger Williams Medical Center, where she gained proficiency in the surgical and medical management of foot and ankle illnesses and trauma. Dr. Doobay serves on the board of directors of the Rhode Island Podiatric Medical Association and of the Rhode Island Board of Examiners in Podiatry, and she has been appointed Division Chief of Podiatry at Roger Williams Medical Center. Dr. Doobay is also fluent in Portuguese.
