Dr. Meeks attended the College of William and Mary for her undergraduate education, where she obtained a bachelor's degree in neuroscience. She then earned both her master’s and doctor of medicine degrees at Eastern Virginia Medical School. She completed her internship in internal medicine at Kettering Health Network, followed by her dermatology residency at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio.
