Dr. Gaines is very courteous and makes visiting with her about any problems very easy. She truly has her patients interest at heart. She explains precisely any procedures to be needed or done

I never spoke to a live person. I had a tele-med appointment at 10:00 and never received a call. I was transferred to a nurse and did not receive a nurse —they were busy so I just finally forgot about the appointment.

my first appointment with Dr.Gaines last week, and I can honestly say it was one of the best medical visits I’ve had in a long time. She took her time listening to everything I had been experiencing and explained in detail what was going on. As a former nurse, I can’t express how much I appreciate a provider who educates their patients and makes sure they truly understand their own care.
She was incredibly down-to-earth, compassionate, and easy to talk to. Even in our short time together, she made me feel heard, supported, and genuinely cared for. On my way out, she recommended a book that I immediately downloaded on Audible—and it has been exactly what I needed in this season of my life.
If you’re looking for a urologist who is knowledgeable, thorough, and truly kind, I can’t recommend Dr. Gaines enough. She is a rare gem in healthcare.
