This doctor was very kind but I feel there was a level of negligence in the care process. This office sent over a detailed intake form, one that took me about 30 minutes to complete. In this form I wrote out exactly what I have been experiencing, along with all my symptoms. This was sent over the week before my appointment. I then get to my appointment and I repeat what I had wrote on the form and was told this is not a GI issue and she can’t do anything for me. As I share a car with my partner I had to Uber to and from this appointment, spending $40 on transportation along with time off work, plus the $20 copay. I feel my forms could have been reviewed and I should have been called to inform me that my issue did not seem GI related and to go to my primary instead.
