Constantly asking teenager “how did you lose the weight?!” When the teenager has never had problems with weight. I believe that she is making bs appointments so we run back for an appointment seldomly. Going to cancel the next. Can’t be running up there every 6 weeks for imaginary weight problems.

My son and I was talking with her telling her what was going on with my 12-year-old she did not hear me out. She came up with her diagnosis and stuck with that and I Don’t feel his voice nor my voice was heard. I hate this and I’m very sorry to be leaving this comment, but it is the truth and we left with the same unanswered questions we had before the visit…

After being at the office for almost two hours my sick child’s vitals were not taken no swab not even his temperature. Just looked at throat nose and said to treat symptoms. I had been and it got worse that’s why we came in. It was a waste of time.
