My son and I was talking with her telling her what was going on with my 12-year-old she did not hear me out. She came up with her diagnosis and stuck with that and I Don’t feel his voice nor my voice was heard. After being at the office for almost two hours my sick child’s vitals were not taken no swab not even his temperature. Just looked at throat nose and said to treat symptoms. I had been and it got worse that’s why we came in. It was a waste of time.
