I always feel rushed at every visit. When I am asked questions, I was not answering them correctly, so another question was asked which I could also not answer correctly. I do not feel that I accomplished saying anything helpful as my recollection of medication names over the last 44 years, on a dime, is difficult. It was obvious that I was very frustrating to the doctor because I overheard her let out a huge sigh as she walked out of the room.

Dr Burt and her office was a breathe of fresh air from the last clinic I left. She and the staff seem to really take pride in their service and care for their patients. They make you feel seen and heard and not just a body to fill an appointment slot. I’m so happy I found them.
