Dr. Burt continues to show little regard for basic patient interaction (understanding concerns and communicating plans of action). Manners aside, this is a basic foundational expectation the board has of doctors as part of patient treatment. Office will not return requests. Insurance company has been contacted regarding Burt’s lack of time spent, but billed for.
Very knowledgeable
Thoughtful
Very attentive. I felt time spent was generous
Definitely don’t want to see her again. I even brought my husband this time to show him what I was talking about and he even said when we left do not come back in 3 months see someone else.
Very nice and caring.
Dr. Burt was engaged and discussed the results of my tests with me. She addressed all of my concerns. I recommend her and the Institute.
Very professional
Not a people person. Short and a little arrogant . Not my type of doctor. Makes patient feel unwelcome. Unfortunately I have no other option, If I had a choice, I wouldn't return here
Takes interest in her patients.
