She lacks compassion and communication towards patients. I went in for an appointment and she didn’t even addressed me or even introduced herself. She went straight to the test results and tells me a diagnosis what she assumes I have. Then I asked her about the actual reason why I’m there and she didn’t even take the time to read the notes on my chart. She later asked me if I wanted to talk to the office manager about her service, as if she knew I wasn’t happy with the ending result. She was rude, I usually don’t do surveys but on this I feel extremely disappointed. I hope she doesn’t treat her patients the way she did with me. People go to the doctor to seek answers and I’m sure they go in worry sick for her to just turn around and be unkind.
