The reviews listed below were collected independently of Upperline Health through rater8. Each review represents an authentic and verified patient experience.
Dr Faour is a brilliant Dr. Very knowledgeable in explaining the specifics of the orthotics that were made. However as much as I would like to give better rating, vital information I communicated was not followed.
The practice was recently taken over and my old podiatrist moved elsewhere.
Each visit now is supposedly due a copay. Initial visit to mold the cast, literally another copay to collect the orthotics and a third copay to let them know they fit a month later.
Now I have a pair of orthotics I cannot wear after requesting specifics for this new set that are missing, and the worry of having to pay and extra copay ontop of all the visits I needlessly have made.
