Dr Beard was very courteous and patent with my questions at each appointment I’ve seen him at!
Tremendous doctor
He was rude. He said what can I do for you that’s urgent, because this is for urgent care. I kindly explained that the young lady on the phone told me to come in and be seen, because the doctors were booked until like July. His response to that was there are plenty of doctors and one of them could have seen me this week. I didn’t come for a lecture on protocols. I came because my shoulder hurts and I’m in pain and concerned that it could be something urgent! I’m not a doctor, so how am I supposed to know! He said he could get me something to help with the pain and maybe some physical therapy would work, but that’s all he could do. He also never said if there was anything on my X-ray. This is the second time that I have had a doctor in your group speak rudely to me. The last time was after a nerve block. I called because I was having the horrible headache I had been warned about and would need to be addressed. That on call doctor told me he was an orthopedic doctor and he couldn’t help.
He was straight forward with answering our questions and he was nice and Polite
Very knowledgeable and really nice
Very nice Doctor. Pleasing personality. Easy to talk to.
Dr. Beard was good about explaining everything. However, when I asked questions, he answered them rather quickly as if in a hurry.
Very good (professional) at his work. He explains everything so you know what to expect, and he didn't hurt me real bad.
He is a great doctor I was very scared of needles and he made me feel comfortable and made the procedure so quick and easy
Great Doc! Explains everything. Professional yet personable, knowledgeable and helpful.
