Dr.Baddour was friendly and personable. My procedure went well and I was aware of what was going on but was comfortable. He explained the findings after the procedure.

I appreciate that he explained my “unique” intestines & the challenges they present to trying to do a regular colonoscopy! So happy he was able to do it. I will definitely recommend him to friends & family.

Dr Baddour was great. The staff dropped the ball, however. My exam did not have a prior authorization Monday morning, so I contacted both United Healthcare and RGA. United informed me that the physician was responsible for getting the prior authorization. I called RGA, spoke to an Indian woman in Billing who sent an email to her team and promised to call me back in an hour.
She did call me back as promised, and United had granted the prior authorization. This was a bug relief for me, since I had started my prep Saturday evening. If I had not called Monday morning, I do not know if I would have had prior authorization at the time of the exam.
