Very personable and explained everything
I went in for a sick visit and Dr. Nam was the only available provider. She wanted to stop one of my asthma medications while I had bronchitis. I don't feel like she always listens to my concerns.
Quality service, very informative
Dr Nam did not listen to my experiences, concerns, symptoms. I had full welts by the time I got home from allergy testing, but she told me she had no concerns about any allergic reactions. When I pushed back and said hey, I think this is an issue and here’s why, and here’s what I experience, she was terribly condescending. She told me I must be so used to doctors pushing meds at me and she couldn’t help. But then said she’s there if I need anything … she made it clear she is not willing to listen or help. I will never return to see her or this practice. I spent over $500 for her to shame me about my medications, brush off my concerns, and leave me feeling angry and frustrated.
She was very pleasant.
I came for the xolair shot
Dr. Nam is a very caring doctor.
Dr. Nam was very knowledgeable. However, I felt rushed and like she did not fully listen to the information I wanted to provide.
Professional
She was very friendly and very thorough. I didn’t leave there with any questions because she covered them all.
