Three and a half months since my robot assisted lumbar fusion. I am doing great. At times I experience a level 2 or 3 discomfort...not pain...on a scale of 1 to 10. That's because of standing too long, riding, or getting in and out of car. As a preventative, I take 2 tylenol 2 times a day. Most times, I am not aware or thinking about my bac.

He did a wonderful job in correcting my back problem. Her realigned two vertebrae and my severe pain left me on the surgery table and I have not had a pain since. He is the best surgeon and he is kind, considerate, straight with you.

This Dr, Murray Spruiell, lacks of professionalism. He is anything but friendly. He is cocky and arrogant, at least it was with me. I would not recommend him for anyone.

After neck surgery, I had no access to him within five days of surgery. Upon calling the on call nurse, I asked if I could get a small (3-4) tablets of pain medication until Monday when I could possibly get in touch with him. This was on a Sunday and she said she wouldn’t reach out to him and threatened to hang up on me. I have never been treated worse in my life in America or Europe in 53 years. He may be nice, but the on call nurse “hired” to help US, is a narcissistic, hateful woman!

I have been waiting to see a specialist for nothing! I was rushed and felt uncomfortable the entire time I tried to speak to this doctor he made me feel as if i didn’t matter and my pain is because I just need to lose weight but I had no pain in my back until my work related accident.. I can’t even lay down because I’m in pain 24/7 neck back shoulders everything! Yesterday I was hurting from my neck all the way down to my ankles that’s not normal I’m 30 years old there’s no way I should be in this type of pain at my young age. I have never had this problem until this accident!! This is bizarre! He did schedule me an mri so I can find out hopefully what’s going on with my neck and stuff.

Wonderful surgeon, I was facing a major medical emergency, Dr. Spruiell performed a triple cervical Fusion, and 45 days later an anterior cervical Fusion April 18th 2023. First of all I was amazed at how quickly he was able to get me on the schedule to be seen. I will never understand the need for the person answering the phone to say new patients without completed registration need to come in 45 minutes before your scheduled appointment. I had my husband with me and we sat there and waited for over an hour before I was called back- speedy x-rays- it does take the doctor a bit to get to you but I will say he is so worth the wait! He is very upfront, honest, direct, answers all questions so you can easily understand him. The parking is very convenient. They just need to organize the registration process a little more. Also some wheelchairs for those that could use them would be a excellent tool.

Great Doctor

This person took the "hammer" that is used to test reflexes of the knee, drew back and hit my knee with waaay too much force. I have experienced mild pain to the knee that was hit with too much force after returning home. Knee replacement recipients are careful of the replacement and try and avoid damage. Correcting damage to a replacement some years back was $250,000. A lot more now.

Takes time to address all concerns. He doesn't ever seem to be in a rush to get out of the room to get to the next patient.

Truly believe we are so lucky to have him as our Doctor.

I didnt need him to tell me i dont have the expertise to read the results of a nerve test. I didnt say or imply i did. I will not need his services in the future. I will seek another doctor who is more focused on listening to my needs instead of telling me how educated he is. I told him he needs to hang around Leberti and mirror his ability to help paitents. After two visits with this doctor, I will say nothing good . Maybe when he is 10 or 15 years older he will be better.
