Munir Idriss, M.D.

Dr. Munir H. Idriss, M.D. joined Tareen Dermatology in 2025. He earned his medical degree from Addis Ababa University Faculty of Medicine in Ethiopia (2006), completed his internship at Weill Cornell Medicine’s Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center, and finished his residency at Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences in Rochester, MN (2022). Dr. Idriss holds fellowships from the Ackerman Academy of Dermatopathology in New York (2012) and the University of Texas Houston in Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology (2023). Board-certified in dermatology, he is a dedicated clinician who has faced some of the most challenging cases. He is an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.
