Dr. Mujtaba Ali, M.D., is a board-certified vascular surgeon with more than a decade of experience caring for patients in North Texas. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of complex vascular conditions, including peripheral arterial disease, chronic venous insufficiency, carotid artery stenosis, mesenteric ischemia, thoracic outlet syndrome, and abdominal aortic aneurysms.
He has a strong interest in hybrid surgical management of peripheral artery disease and minimally invasive outpatient procedures for both arterial and venous disease. His clinical experience includes surgical procedures for vein and vascular disease, transcarotid artery revascularization, and vascular access for hemodialysis.
Dr. Ali completed medical school at Texas A&M University College of Medicine and his residency at the University of Massachusetts, and while in practice at UT Southwestern and Baylor Scott & White, he developed a reputation for thoughtful, relationship-driven care. He believes successful outcomes come from paying close attention to each patient’s medical, social, and family needs, to ensure their treatment plan is the best setting them up for success.
Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, biking, cooking, and spending time with his family.
