Makes you wait 2 plus hours just to spend a total of 3 mins with you and he doesn’t listen to what ur saying. He sent my husband meds a hour away and disregarded us telling him where to send the meds.

I really really want to go back to my original provider for my sensors for my Dexcom seven. He’s got me going to some Pharmacy. I don’t even know where it is. Good luck to me I guess.

Excellent experience from receptionist on phone to office staff from nurse to Dr Mahmood. Each actually listened to me and addressed my concerns with care. Dr Mahmood spent about 45 minutes with me asking, actively hearing and listening, answering my questions, and spending seven minutes summarizing his findings. I came to him after a miserable experience with a different endocrinologist who was dismissive, took no yearly labs, and didn’t listen to my thyroid issues. I had been intra-office switched when my first endocrinologist retired. I requested to be switched to another doctor within their system and was told that wasn’t allowed despite my informing them why. I am so glad I self-advocated and left the practice that I used for 20 years. If you’re looking for an excellent endocrinology experience, call Dr Mahmood fast!!
