Very good Dr, I like him very well!

Excellent experience from receptionist on phone to office staff from nurse to Dr Mahmood. Each actually listened to me and addressed my concerns with care. Dr Mahmood spent about 45 minutes with me asking, actively hearing and listening, answering my questions, and spending seven minutes summarizing his findings. I came to him after a miserable experience with a different endocrinologist who was dismissive, took no yearly labs, and didn’t listen to my thyroid issues. I had been intra-office switched when my first endocrinologist retired. I requested to be switched to another doctor within their system and was told that wasn’t allowed despite my informing them why. I am so glad I self-advocated and left the practice that I used for 20 years. If you’re looking for an excellent endocrinology experience, call Dr Mahmood fast!!

Excellent doctor

Dr. Mahmood is wonderful. Been with him about 5 years. But, staff and management are not efficient. The wait time is easily 1 to 3 hours. Today i was scheduled for noon. Arrived on time was sent for Labs. No line, but sat for an hour because they were out for lunch. At 1pm was called back for appointment. Never called for labs. At 2pm i saw Dr Mahmood. My advice, go in 2 weeks early for labs and walk in. No point in scheduling because it's first come first served. Get your Drs appointment very early in the day or you'll wait 2-3 hours. He's worth the wait, but it's really frustrating.

Waited 3 hours. No need to wait this long! Don’t overbook. People need to work.
