When I made the appointment, I did come in for my blood work. The nurse never told me what time my appointment was on a Saturday, and when I finally got the reminder. That's when I found out the time of the appointment. I waited for 2 hours for doctor mood to come on board and I had engagement Saturday night. And when I looked at my phone, he called me at like 6:15 in the evening. The nurse never told me that this was gonna be a late appointment time , so now i'm trying to get another appointment and they won't even call me back

Dr Mahmood seems to be a good doctor, but the wait times both in the waiting room and the exam room are unacceptable. He appeared in my exam room 1.5 hours after my appointment time.

The doc is fine, but the wait time at his clinic are absolutely absurd! I have personally waited over 3 hours most every visit, and as long as 6 hours! You know it’s bad when the wait is worse than at a VA facility!
