I came in to see Dr. Strauss for an emergency appointment claiming half a contact was still in my eye. This was my first time meeting him, and I expressed my concerns. He was amazingly patient and thorough in examining my eye.

He is a caring doctor who takes his time to explain everything.

Very thorough l! Brought my family of 4. He was very patient with us especially with my 6 year old and 10year old.My 6 year old wears glasses and he gave her and all of us a great exam. We didn’t feel rushed at all, he took his time and was very thorough with each of us. I’m so happy we made the switch to Dr. Strauss!

Very professional, He performed a small procedure and explained what he was doing and asked if I had any questions and answered them. He also asked me to wait and made sure I was ok to leave. I did not feel rushed.

I arrived to my appointment on time and waited 3 and a half hours as they say people who arrive an hour late first. When he finaly saw me he was helpful. However as he preformed the check up he did so without telling me anything he was doing or going to do so it was a very startling experience.

From the moment I met Dr. Strauss 3 months ago, his number 1 goal was to fix my sight problem. In those 3 months my eye sight in my left eye went from 2200 to 20/20 with the use of a scleral lens. The time and patience Dr. Strauss had teaching me how to use the lens was amazing. Truly a great group.

I was feeling a bit anxious since I hadn’t seen an eye specialist for some time. However, when Dr. Strauss walked into the room, I was so pleased to see that it was my friend of years gone by. Dr. Strauss, was thorough and encouraging throughout the entire visit. Even while the testing results were scary..he said he would take good care of me going forward. I believe he will try and I am grateful.

A friendly and caring environment From the reception area to the exam room. A welcoming and caring staff to a thorough medical team to support my visit. Having trouble with your eyes can feel scary. It is comforting to have the tender support provided to guide me to my proper healing. I was very grateful to be seen on the same day without haste and with allot of care from the entrance to the exit of my visit.
