Absolutely wonderful
I’m sure he did just fine when I was unconscious, but the man who sort of ran over to me later did not do fine at all. Very cold. Very impersonal. Grab the report out of my hands looked at it and said basically you’re fine. I asked one question and he said oh it’s nothing just come back in five years. He turned and spit away. I have had several colonoscopy endoscopies in the past and I have never seen a doctor handle a post- procedure conversation so offensively! I looked at the report and had so many questions, but of course he was long gone. Very, very unprofessional and disappointing. Makes it seem like the goal there.(of course couldn’t be.!) is to do more procedures than the day before and then even more tomorrow than today!. I would guess it to be a financial motive and that’s really a shame. Had to tell the truth.
Staff was professional, considerate and respectful.
Excellent experience though the test failed due to not enough prep his personality helped greatly overcome my disappointment and need to return. I informed my physicians office of a need to adjust prep instructions.
Liked him very much, also the staff!!
Very professional
It’s very fast, not very good at communicating
Talked to me before and after procedure. Surgicenter & staff were excellent.
Everyone including all nurses and staff were very competent and professional!
Caring
