Dr. Seymour was initially pleasant upon arriving in the office, however his demeanor changed quickly as he was asked follow up questions during the appointment. Being an inquisitive person by nature, and an advocate for my own health and body, I ask questions to ensure I understand what is being conveyed and feel comfortable with the recommendation. Dr. Seymour seemed defensive and annoyed with my questions though I tried to remind him I wasn’t questioning his credibility, but was instead working to get the best diagnosis and treatment plan. My impression is that he wanted me to sit quietly and say thank you with no follow up. He became snarky toward the end of the appointment, upon which I decided I would not be returning to him.
Dr. Seymour has performed several procedures on me and has always been top-notch. He listens to the patient and tells you like it is. He does not sugarcoat anything, and that is what I like about him most.
Dr Seymour and his staff was great my back is good again
I did not see Dr. Seymour. However, I saw the NP and I believe her name was Makayla. She was wonderful. I would recommend her over and over again. Awesome customer service and listened to my issues. Asked great questions and was thorough.
Best orthopedic in town. PA Lilly did a very good job. Chris always makes me feel comfortable.
Didn’t see Seymour today. Seen a female NPR. She was nice.
Took time to listen and discuss my options.
Excellent Doctor..
He was very unprofessional. He told me that workers comp was ready to end this with me and get me back to work. He had not viewed my MRI until I asked him at the moment nor the physical therapists notes from my PT sessions. He told me that he would write whatever I wanted him to say concerning restrictions for my employer. He didn't take the time to address any of my concerns moving forward with my injury. He said that there was nothing else he could do for me. That was the first visit I had with him. My prior visits were with the nurse practitioner. I felt so awful after my visit with him. He was not considerate at all. He was very rushy. He said he would refer me out to some place that I have never heard of. I have not heard his office since my appointment two weeks ago.
I'm treated with compassion, and respect every time I see Dr Seymour. He and his team are amazing.
