Friendly enough but didn’t get a great vibe from Dr.Arnold. I felt a little like I was inconveniencing her. Maybe it was just an “off” day for her.

I made an appointment for a skin check and hair thinning. When I arrived, I was told by the nurse after I checked in to “pick one- we don’t have time to do both.” No apologies. I now have to carve out a time for a separate appointment and pay a second copay. Entire appointment felt very rushed.
Not sure where the issue lies, but a definite disconnect between scheduling and what doctors believe they can accomplish in a visit.

Dr. Arnold is fantastic. She is very attentive and listened to me describe everything. I am leaving a dermatologist Dr that I have been going to for 20 years and I am happy that I found Dr Arnold and Georgia Skin Cancer. I also want to say that her assistant, Katie, was great also!! She was so very sweet and friendly!!!
