She was very impersonal. I get that with almost every doctor at this urgent care. Also, something I’ve seen multiple times is the blonde haired Hispanic girl she’s either a nurse she’s always in the front behind the window. She was cursing and making rude comments about patients and I had to go in because they sent the wrong prescription without instructions to my pharmacy and she was eating an In-N-Out Burger saying the F word about the spread not being on her burger she’s a blonde haired Hispanic woman with a heavy accent
She was great. Also, her assistant Rai en was very good also.
She is exceptional . She took her time explaining side effects of medication and offered another medication in its place and how to best care for myself presently having shingles. Also the nurse Mauricio is wonderful . He was cheerful and caring . Definitely made my experience and better.

Dr. Castro was both kind & professional. She was thorough & gentle & efficient. She was patient and explained well her diagnosis and follow up care and answered our questions. She even offered printed directions for follow up care.
Very professional and transparent. Also friendly and careful. She did amazing.
