Came on a Sunday, it was fairly busy. Did not even bother to tell me my diagnosis and had the MA do it. What if I had questions? I’d waste more time waiting for the doctor instead if the doctor would’ve came in first to tell me my dx and would’ve been more efficient. As a patient, i wasn’t feeling so well, I was just over it and wanted to go. But if the presence of the doctor came in first I would’ve been more obliged to ask more questions. It seemed like I was put in a droplet precaution room and the doctor didn’t want to be in there. From one healthcare to another it was terrible service and expected more. Especially when I got out of urgent care the place was empty.

Clear concise explanation as to symptoms. Rx set of meds to receive symptoms. The entire office was efficient and pleasant. Great crew!!
