Dr. Monica Jain, M.D., is a board-certified family medicine physician and member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. She graduated from the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice, Poland, and completed her Family Medicine Residency at the University of Kentucky North Fork Family Medicine in 2019, serving as Chief Resident in her final year. Dr. Jain is passionate about adult patient care, wellness, and prevention, earning recognition for her quality improvement projects in cervical cancer and pediatric influenza vaccination.

Originally a West Coast native, Dr. Jain relocated to the East Coast ten years ago after getting married. She graduated from the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice, Poland, before completing her Family Medicine Residency in June 2019 at the University of Kentucky North Fork Family Medicine where she spent three years. In her final year of residency, she served as Chief Resident. She was awarded first place for her Cervical Cancer QI project and second place for Influenza Vaccination in Pediatrics.
Dr. Jain resides in Moorestown, NJ with her husband. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, hiking, and spending time with her family.
