I haven’t had a primary care provider in years. I have been afraid of knowing about my health; I’ve not kept up with my health as closely as I should. Dr. Monica Jain, M.D., board certified family medicine physician and member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. She loves all aspects of adult patient care and enjoys caring for patients with a comprehensive team focused on improving quality, wellness, and prevention.
Originally a West Coast native, Dr. Jain relocated to the East Coast ten years ago after getting married. She graduated from the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice, Poland, before completing her Family Medicine Residency in June 2019 at the University of Kentucky North Fork Family Medicine where she spent three years. In her final year of residency, she served as Chief Resident. She was awarded first place for her Cervical Cancer QI project and second place for Influenza Vaccination in Pediatrics.
Dr. Jain resides in Moorestown, NJ with her husband. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, hiking, and spending time with her family.
