She chose the medical field because she has a passion for science and wanted to make a positive impact on humanity by becoming a physician and helping others. She practiced for 13 years in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania before moving to San Antonio in 2020. She is a member of the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) and the American Association for Physician Leaders (AAPL).
Her approach to treating her patients is rooted in forming a partnership with her patients and becoming their advocate to treat and prevent illness. She enjoys getting to know each of her patients as an individual, which helps her to form a customized plan of care that addresses the patient’s concerns and desires for their health. She has extensive experience in geriatric care, women’s health, and complex disease management.
