Very nice doctor, remembers her patients talks in a way we can understand and explains things to you in simple english love her!

Very good doctor, she handled my anxious teenager with empathy and kindness. She was able to guess some of his issues within seconds, just from questioning him and observing his behavior.

Dr. Chacon was helpful in getting us scheduled right away for an eeg. She did seem irritated that my son was over stimulated and unhappy during our appointment. It was the first time meeting her and it did not feel welcoming at all. I don’t know if it was just her personality or because she didn’t know us. I will continue seeing her as she comes recommended but I’m curious to see what she is like at our next appointment.

Dr. Chacon always shows an interest in our grandson and always spends quality time with us explaining what he needs to do and asking questions about his current condition.

Absolutely horrible. She came into the room with an attitude. I was already feeling uneasy that my son’s pediatrician referred him to a numerologist and she made it worse. Had no empathy, didn’t care. Listened to my son’s heart, took off her stethoscope and asked “does he have a irregular heart problem” and i said no not that i know of so now I’m kinda worried about that and she said it was faster than it should be. So anyways, she scheduled an EEG which I’m thankful for. I called my pediatrician office as I left to schedule a follow up so my son can be evaluated and the nurse wanted to know if she said the heart was irregular rhythm or just fast and how fast it was. I tried calling their office over 10 times, no answer. Even the regular office tried transferring me about 5 times. so i drove back there & she was very rude and said she didn’t even know what the HR was. How is she going to say his HR was fast if she didn’t even measure the bpm? Ignorant!!!!

I absolutely love her. She is very personable and a knowledgeable doctor. She is caring and spends the time to get to know her patients. Staff members are also very friendly and helpful. All around one of my best experiences in a doctors office. Even under not so good circumstances.

My son has been to a few neurologist in Las Vegas, Dr. Chacon is by far the best! She's shown my son more attention to detail of his disorder then any other Dr.
