This was the best eye exam I have had since moving to The Villages. I finally had an opportunity to discuss my Glaucoma with Dr. ElMallah and came away with a much better understanding of my situation. Dr E listened to my description of my surgical right eye; spent as much time as I needed to explain, ask questions & understand. However, I felt the eye test performed by assistant in small little room with poor lighting should NOT have been done there; just wait for the regular rooms to open up. I could not see as well, and I said that..

I came in the beginning of his practice at Ocala eye, he was good and now,he is better and more carding. I say so because I have been going to eye doctors over 50 years and I think at 76 years I have seen a lot .

Really like Dr ElMallah but I’m not at all pleased about the long wait to be seen each time I go in for appointment. It doesn’t seem to matter which office or time of day. The staff is all very courteous but something should be done about scheduling! It appears to me overbooking of appointments is taking place & this shows no consideration for patients!
