Dr Karbassi seen me even though I did not have an appointment. I had a serious infection on my eyes. He worked me in between his other patients.
Also I would like to mention Sarah who was on the front desk and took my rather desperate phone call, and I must say that she facilitated my getting into see Dr. Karbassi in his clinic. I asked Dr Karbassi if he would be my Opathamoligist, and he told me yes. I'm feeling very positive about becoming his patient also.
