I was highly disappointed that I was unable to see Dr. Mohammad, despite having made an appointment with him. This is the second time in the last year that this has happened with Nova Cardiologist: when I make an appointment with a cardiologist, I'm then unexpectedly seen by a nurse practitioner. I don't question the knowledge of the nurse practitioner; however, my purpose was to see Dr. Mohammed. I don't understand why then it is allowed for patienta to make an appointment with the Dr when he would be unable to see you.
