Great Doctor the best but the staff at Midwest cardiovascular institute were very rude not all of them a black lady upfront with glasses and a technician at the desk in the middle in the back Maria were very rude I asked about the wait. Time because my grandmother has dementia she had arrived early because it takes her awhile to get around they had no compassion Tell me that they don’t take people until it their appointment time . My grandma’s appointment was at 2:30. We arrive 1:30 and then proceeded to start an aggressive argument with me saying I was rude for asking sandy the leader then lied and say she didn’t hear anything Doctor Saleem is the best staff member are rude my grandmother nurses helped us and mad sure we got the rest we deserved as patients
