Dr Kapadia and staff are truly amazing. I am a 54 yo female in need of both upper and lower lid work. My ask was to “be prudent”. I look refreshed and am absolutely delighted.
He asked if I had any questions but it would be helpful if the doctor went into more detail about the procedure and what to expect afterwards.
Dr. Kapadia did a great job. The entire staff is kind and professional. I was well taken care of.
Awesome experience. Awesome Doctor.
Dr kapadia & staff are excellent at what they do.I’m very satisfied with my results and highly recommend them.
Surgery went exactly as described! Great post op crew. Dr. Kapadia and office was readily available for questions afterward. I recommend Dr. Kapadia highly.
My eyes are perfect now!
Great experience. Dr Kapadia made me feel very comfortable during procedure. Highly recommend Boston Eyelids.
Excellent surgeon and doctor. No nonsense in the best way: a focused perfectionist (who is also caring and personable). Do not consider going to a general plastic surgeon for this work; it’s subtle and requires for the best outcome oculoplastic training, which Dr. Kapadia has. Staff is also wonderful. My husband is a surgeon and we’ve been impressed all around.
Kinda felt I didn't have the Dr's full attention at my 1 week follow up. He was looking back and forth between his computer screen and me and felt rushed through the discussion. My questions were answered at a very high general level and my sense was that he was busy and wanted to move on from me quickly
